Our Tours
You will have a private tour guide for your booking, just for your group.
You will have a private car, bus or coach (all will have AC) for your group.
We can handle as much or as little of the bookings in Egypt as you would like.
Our pricing
The prices on our site are per person, based on a group of two or more, unless otherwise specified. The prices on these pages are indicative as they will vary depending on precise itinerary and number of guests, contact us for your bespoke package prices.
Ticket prices for entry to attractions are generally not included in the itinerary, unless otherwise specified. Regarding the tickets for attractions, they can be purchased from https://egymonuments.com/locations, however we recommend that we can do that with you on the day of the tour in case there are any last-minute alterations needed. We don’t include ticket prices in the tour as ticket prices vary depending on the admission, for example, entry inside a pyramid, or the mummy room at the museum attracts an additional charge. Also this way you are assured to only pay the ticket price, we don’t mark anything up. Your tour guide will discuss options with you on the day of your tour and you can choose at the time. Your party can even choose to take different tickets. If you want ticket prices included in your quote then we can do this, but it does remove some of the flexibility when you are in Egypt. If you have a valid student card please bring it as you can get a discount rate.
Our prices normally include pick up and return from your hotel, unless you organise something else with us.

Visa
You will need to organise your visa in advance of your travel to Egypt. Some nationalities qualify for a visa on arrival, this can be bought from the bank kiosk in the arrivals area of the airport, just before the immigration desks. You can also buy your visa online in advance, make sure that you use the official web site to do this as there are many sites offering this service.
In all cases check your local requirements before travel to avoid disappointment.
Tipping
Tipping is common in Egypt, it is however not mandatory. We recommend you offer a tip to anyone you felt gave you a good service.
Hotels
You can choose to book in any hotels for your stay in Egypt. We recommend that you choose 4 or 5 stars for your comfort. We can organise hotels for you if you request it, although most travellers organise this themselves.
Your tour guide
In most cases you will have the same tour guide for your whole tour, this won’t be the case for a multi centre tour where you will have a guide for each centre.
Payment
In most cases payment will be in cash to your tour guide directly. However for packages requiring advance booking a deposit may be required in advance. This will be managed directly with one of our partner travel agents in Egypt.
Transfers
We can pick you up and drop you off for your flight. Prices will vary depending on destination and time. We can also organise internal travel for you by air or rail.
